Wont issue a refund

Been waiting 8 months for a refund for an event cancelled due to COVID. They owe us $250. Responded once months ago and then went dark. Hugely disappointing!

Will NOT issue a REFUND

On February 25, 2020, I purchased tickets via BROWN PAPER TICKETS to a community theater play for $35.48. The play was canceled due to Covid-19. I requested a refund. It has been almost 4 months, and they will NOT issue a refund. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and found out they do not handle individual cases and will only handle it if they receive more/enough complaints.

User's recommendation: I will NOT use BROWN PAPER TICKETS again, and would suggest others to do the same.
